Depends on the repair, I suppose. I stacked my dryer on top of the washer as suggested by Samsung using the stacking kit (bought separately). If it’s something that can be repaired from the front/back of the washer without removing entire panels then I’d say it won’t require removing the dryer. Hope this answers your question.
