“I think I might have a lemon ice maker but not sure. When it makes ice does it make 10 and then stop for hours and hours and then make , maybe 5 more. It took 3 days for us to get a good amount. Are we doing something wrong??”

Hi gail. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 21.1 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with FlexZone™ and Ice Maker is only making less ice. Regarding your concern, the ice maker is capable of making 10 pounds of ice a day, and it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop.
