• the top of the stand where it attaches to the monitor allows some degree of tilt.

• To tilt up, push on the top of the monitor. To tilt down, pull on the top of the monitor. You might have to grab the monitor stand while doing this to keep it from tipping over.

• You have to hold the base down firmly, then just gently but firmly tilt the monitor from the top.
