• No. This is a display / monitor only. No webcam. A USB webcam could easily sit atop this display though.

• that's what I use it for everyday. I use a Logitech C930 mounted on top of the monitor and use a variety of business class VTC applications.

• This monitor doesn't have a webcam, but one can be added cheaply and easily. Simply buy a cheap, small USB webcam and attach it to the top of the monitor.
