I have the Samsung Model RF220NCTASR french door stainless, 21.6 cu ft refrigerator. I just measured it and the absolute widest part is at the front of the doors.....door edge to edge that is, and it's 30 inches. If necessary can take the doors off and would then be 29 3/4.

The dimensions of the refrigerator is Height 65.38 inches, Width 29.75 inches , and Depth 36.38 inches. Yes it will be able to fit through your doorway.
