I'm sorry to hear the doors on your new RF220NCTASR may not be closing properly. It's possible that this is due to the refrigerator not being level. Please try adjusting the front leveling legs after placing a carpenter's level on one of the shelves. The bubble in the level should be perfectly centered left to right.
