Q: QuestionI don't have a water line-- is there a way to manually pour water in to make ice? Are there any models where this is an option or a way around this in order to still have ice?

• A:Answer I have this model. They do work on mine! Stainless steel is actually NOT magnetic so that means that Samsung is not really using stainless steel! OOPS!

• A:Answer I also have no water hookup and have a separate ice maker so I had to turn mine off as well. It’s simple. Open the refrigerator doors. On the top there should be some touch controls. On the left side it has one for the ice maker. Make sure it’s lit by pressing it if it’s unlit and your ice maker will be off.

Q: QuestionMy current refrigerator is 32.75" wide, and only 66.25" to the top of the hinge. And, it's 21.7 cubic feet total (15.66 in the refrigerator, 6.05 in the freezer). My question is, since the RF220NCTASR is so narrow, how do I conceal the extra space?

• A:Answer I have the Samsung Model RF220NCTASR french door stainless, 21.6 cu ft refrigerator. All door shelves can be removed but only the middle door shelf can be moved upward 2 to 3 inches. Doing so allows room for tall containers in the bottom and middle shelf, and the top shelf would be left out. Regarding the shelves inside the fridge, there are two split adjustable shelves. That is the left and right half of each shelf is adjustable. The ice tray can be used in the fridge or taken out if ice feature is not used..

Q: Questionfull-width drawerIs the the full-width drawer removable? I have only a 31 inch width opening...and a wall on the right side. So I'm worried the door will not open beyond 90 degrees on the right to allow this the full-width drawer to open. If I can remove the drawer and just use the space for bottle water etc that would be great too.

• A:Answer The drawer is removable but you probably don't have to. Even without the door opened very far you can pull the drawers out far enough to be usable.
