I had the same issue. The store won't tell you but, when I called regarding my order, I was told that it gets built at the factory, and it usually takes about six weeks. It's a special order. Not a common size refrigerator.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They pushed mine back a month from March, they left me a message only hours before the scheduled delivery time which upset me. Best-Buy should know better then to post a fictitious eta. Best-Buy blames Samsung, and Samsung blames Best-Buy. Already went down that route and got nowhere.
