• A:Answer I purchased this refrigerator exactly 1 year and 1 month ago (01/04/2022). The ice maker has already had significant repairs 4 months ago as there was barely any ice on any given day and what did come out was watery and in pieces. As of a few days ago, there was at least one full day of no ice developing and when it finally did last night, it is more water than ice. I was told that because Samsung knows this is a constant, non-fixable problem, it is not part of their "lemon" guarantee. I was told - I kid you not - to purchase a separate stand alone ice maker!!!!

Q: QuestionI have an older version of this fridge. we have a bad experience when the orifices on the back of the fridge freeze and make noises. we turn the fridge off, and we find water on the floor after is defrosting and we turn it on again. is this problem fixed?
