• If you are referring to the ice bucket located on the top section, try rotating the white disc st rear of bucket until it fits.

• Same thing happened with mine. It took a while to figure out, but if you notice the ice machine is at a slant which is clearly a flaw Thankfully, in my case the guys installing the fridge were the ones who pulled it out and couldn't get it back in. Contact best buy and they should send someone out to fix it free of charge!
