• The RF23HCEDBSR has a real stainless steel finish that is not fingerprint or smudgeproof. There are, however, a number of products available specifically designed to clean real stainless steel. Simply follow the instructions on the package. Another option is to apply a small amount of baby oil to the stainless finish using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. This will not only clean the stainless steel, but can help prevent fingerprints from recurring. Thanks for your question, Ms. Samsung

• This Samsung refrigerator is definitely NOT smudge proof. It shows all finger prints and smudges from wiping with damp cloth or paper towel. I'm still looking for the best way to clean the SS surface.

• It's not smudgeproof, but I just spray it with a little white vinegar and use a microfiber cloth to clean it up - very easy.

• I don't notice and finger prints. I purchased wipes for stainless steel appliances. They really shine it up.
