QuestionDoes anyone know how to remove deep scratches from this fridge? Had a friend scratch it while cleaning it.

- Answer Honestly, it’s thin stainless steel. Unless you’re willing to unplug your fridge and bring it in somewhere you’re pretty much gonna be stuck with the scratch. Unless you wanna do the work yourself and “buff” it out where it sits, but that’s honestly be more work than it’s worth.

- Answer It doesn’t have wheels, but there are adjustable legs in the front that my delivery team adjusted because my wood floors were uneven. My wood floors are already old and scratched, so just make sure you remind them to be careful if yours are new.

QuestionHow do you open the ice tray to reset it?

- Answer I found if I raised it up a little as I pulled it out it came easier. I also pushed up a little through the hole where the ice dumps into the chute. I'm hoping this is just an issue because it's new because I do have to fiddle with it a bit to get it out.

- Answer It measures about 4 3/4" x 14" . Could be used for deli and party trays, I happen to use mine for all my salad makings so everything is in one spot. I'm sure it has suggestions in the brochure (which I never read).

QuestionThe vegetable/fruit bins do not appear to have humidity control; appear to be open so allowing (i.e. onion odors to escape) and the butter tray also appears open which will also be affected. Can you clarify?

- Answer Do NOT buy this fridge. It's beautiful on the outside, but it is a piece of junk. The ice makers are designed to fail, and that's the least of their problems. My 2-yr old fridge died 3-1/2 weeks ago, and two service calls later it's still not working. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG!!!

QuestionAfter replacing water filter why does the reset light not turn green?

- Answer I believe that, as with all filtered refrigerators, you have to manually reset the filter warning light. There are directions for how to do that in the manual.
