They are now and Samsung will send a tech out to replace the "upgrade" for this model (not) with a part used on all other Samsung refrigerators. It took them maybe 20 minutes and my water has been working for a week now, I am cautiously optimistic. Don't bother with Geek Squad, go directly to Samsung if you choose to keep the fridge.
