Q: QuestionWill this refrigerator fit in a 36" opening? It says that it will fit a 36" opening in the installation documents, but it also says that to leave 3/8" clearance on each side, and the total width of the refrigerator is 35-7/8". Which is correct?

• A:Answer I put mine in a 36" space it is very tight. I think they want more space for airflow but i have an opening on the top and it is 2" from The back wall.

Q: QuestionWhen the ice maker dispenses ice it comes out crushed when it is on cube setting and half goes on the floor rather than the glass. It does not dispense cubes at all. Is there a setting to try to fix this problem.

• A:Answer The answer I received from Samsung was not helpful, but I figured it out. Simply peal off sticker and apply small amount of GooGone to remove adhesive, Using mild soap remove any residue and dry with soft cloth.

Q: QuestionWe have a custom kitchen cabinet layout where the refrigerator is enclosed ny cabinets. Which Samsung units are built for enclosed cabinets? I bought a kitchen aid about 15 months ago and it was not built for enclosed . No one told me. About to dump it.
