Q: QuestionWhen the ice maker dispenses ice it comes out crushed when it is on cube setting and half goes on the floor rather than the glass. It does not dispense cubes at all. Is there a setting to try to fix this problem.

• A:Answer The answer I received from Samsung was not helpful, but I figured it out. Simply peal off sticker and apply small amount of GooGone to remove adhesive, Using mild soap remove any residue and dry with soft cloth.

• A:Answer It could be a setting that is wrong. Ours is very quiet. You should call the customer service number listed in the owners manual. They have been very helpful. I found most issues are covered in the manual.

Q: QuestionWe have a custom kitchen cabinet layout where the refrigerator is enclosed ny cabinets. Which Samsung units are built for enclosed cabinets? I bought a kitchen aid about 15 months ago and it was not built for enclosed . No one told me. About to dump it.

Q: QuestionWhat are the height, width and depth of this refrigerator?

• A:Answer Do not depend on Samsung's Depth Measurement if you have a tight fit. They give the same measurements with and without the handle (which are technically correct at 28 5/8ths ) BUT... the ice maker sticks out an inch adding to the depth which they do not reflect or mention anywhere. So my opening was 29 inches and the delivery guys could not bring it to the basement until I dismantled the trim on the doorway.

Q: QuestionWhat is the clearance of the external water dispenser? We use 32 oz water bottles and have trouble finding external dispensers under which our bottles fit. We'd need at least about 9.5". We are reluctantly replacing an internal filter model.
