Thanks so much for asking, juju! The BESPOKE model refrigerators have removable panels that are available in a variety of colors. This allows users to customize the outside appearance of their refrigerator. However, this model does not have removable panels. The matte black is slightly different than the black stainless steel, as the black stainless steel is shinier than the matte black. ^Jecca
