• The difference is the ShowCase feature. On the right top quadrant, the door is kind of a double layer. You can open just the outer part to reach in for things in the door buckets - like sodas or condiments. Or, you can open the whole, thicker door to reach into the main compartment. My son and I looked at some like this at the store (may not have been this same brand). You have to grab the door in a different way to get both layers to open, which I thought was kind of awkward. I'm going to buy the model that's $300 less and forego what I think is kind of a trendy feature. I think it's meant to save energy, but I doubt we'd use it that much.
