Thanks for the question. The RF23J9011SR has a variety of bins, drawers and compartments for storing different items, including dairy. The convertible Flex Zone can even be set to Chill at 30°F or Cool at 41°F which may be appropriate for certain types of dairy items, or it can be set to Freeze or Soft Freeze settings when more freezer space is needed or to soften ice cream or store meat or fish for longer. - Ms. Samsung
