A:AnswerBought this refrigerator in 2016. Recently, like you my Freezer side is still COLD but my refrigerator(Fresh Food) side was toasty WARM. After making lots of self diagnose, I fixed the broken damper door that causes the Fresh produce side to be WARM, 65F or above. After that it brought the Fresh produce side back down to around mid 40'sF. Since day 1 I bought this refrigerator I could never bring the Fresh produce side down below 40F. Look at that as a potential problem to yours. In my case it was not: frozen evaporator, not thermistors (thermostats). Good luck.
