- Answer Trying to find that out myself right now. It worked when we first got it home and now it's not. Unplugged, defrosted it, and works good except NO ICE!

QuestionThe fridge won't let me press any other option than water. I even it let's me touch the panels on the side like (Freezer energy saver, fridge control lock, ice maker off, and reset water filter. The only problem is I can't press the panels on the inside.

- Answer Exactly 3 foot wide, 2 foot 8 inches from the wall out, and 5 foot 10 inches tall. We had to take the doors off to get it in the house. Hope that helps.

- Answer How long has it been? You need to let it freeze for 24-48 hours then dump the first whole bin of ice then wait for the ice again and use.

- Answer I am presuming you mean the height of the shelves. All the shelves in the fridge and freeze are adjustable and can be easily moved up or down. This includes the shelves on the doors too.

- Answer Excellent question! You actually won't need a plug. If you don't wish to use the water filter, simply remove it. There is a flap that will close to prevent leaks when a filter is not installed. ^Jecca
