I think it is a faulty defroster.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The ice maker is blocked with ice, so the water is not going in ice maker or some of is not!! the rest is running down the side to the bottom freezer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have this issue. I would like to say that the refrigerant is not working right or maybe check to see if the door is not shutting completely. Still have issues, call best buy or Samsung. Always helped me out
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is common with bottom freezers. the line that allows moisture to drain into the evaporation pan in the rear clogs at the tip and the water that would drain out stays and freezes all the way to the bottom of the freezer. you can fix it yourself by thawing it and then opening the back to access the drain line. there is a duck bill cap on the end of the drain line. clean it out and cut a V into it to keep it from clogging again. there are many youtube videos on how to do this and where things are located. this fixed my last fridge. if under warranty have a tech do it but its not too hard.

Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine the cause of the water accumulation and whether service is necessary. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
