Thanks for the question. The new RF263BEAESR features upgraded High Efficiency LED lighting in both the fridge and freezer, a redesigned control panel and EZ Open freezer drawer handle, and the new IceMaster icemaker which takes up less space while producing up to 10 pounds of ice per day. In addition, the upgraded slim water filter cartridge fits conveniently between the crisper drawers in the fridge to free up more room on the top shelf. We appreciate your interest! Ms. Samsung
