How do you remove the ice tray? null

I have to put a flat blade screwdriver in the slot between the main ice housing and the front section and gently pull up. This will loosen the fitting between the two sections and you can pull the ice holder out to obtain the ice cubes This method works!.

Thanks for the question. You can remove the ice bin from the RF263BEAEWW by pressing the button on the side, then lifting the front of the bin and pulling it out toward you (see page 20 of the User Manual). The ice cube tray where the ice is actually formed cannot be removed. - Ms. Samsung
