Has Samsung fixed the problems with the ice maker? null

I believe the problem with the ice maker is not "fixable". It concerns the method for removing the ice maker in order to empty it's contents rather than getting the ice through the dispenser in the door. It is very difficult to do, practically impossible. Very poor design.

The ice maker is a HUGE issue. They have not fixed the problem. Within the first year the ice maker stopped working at least 4 times. We had it repaired twice. I give up! It's the same thing every single time. Now, less than 2 years old and the freezer is dying. DO NOT BUY Samsung!

We've had ours for about 5 months and use the ice maker all the time and have had no problems at all.
