A:AnswerI believe the problem with the ice maker is not "fixable". It concerns the method for removing the ice maker in order to empty it's contents rather than getting the ice through the dispenser in the door. It is very difficult to do, practically impossible. Very poor design.
A:AnswerApparently service timeframe is way more than 2 weeks because I'm in the same boat brother. It boggles the mind that these people can't figure out how to replace a compressor on a refrigerator since I'm pretty sure a compressor is the number one failure part on a refrigerator. Samsung and Best Buy should provide us with vouchers to eat out every meal on for the weeks we are without cold storage.
A:AnswerI would be a little nervous about that tight of an installation - mostly because this unit vents not just through the back, but via small outlets on both sides as well...
A:AnswerHi Angela,
Yes, the RF25HMEDBSR has a case depth of 30", so should be able to fit through your 30.25" doorway as long as that measurement is accurate from top to bottom.
Thanks for your interest,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerDon't know if Samsung addressed it. But we just bought one & it leaked from the water dispenser. Samsung says this is normal due to air in line & you have to run at least a gallon of water through it. If that doesn't work (which it didn't on mine), check the water filter. Mine was not completely tight which wasn't leaking water but was letting air into the lines. When I tightened it & ran another gallon through it solved the dripping.
A:AnswerYes it does have wheels. I will say it was tough to get over the tiles. It would get stuck in the grout. If you have a smooth surface like hardwood or linoleum it should not be an issue.
A:AnswerMy flex drawer goes down to 29 degrees for meats. I have a 33 inch wide model RF25HMEDBSR. I personally would not use the flex drawer for ice cream. The freezer is just below and has a drawer inside.
A:AnswerHi William,
The Flex Zone Drawer in the RF25HMEDBWW has four settings, none of which are for frozen foods: Meat/Fish mode (29°F), Cold Drinks mode (33°F), Deli/Snack mode (37°F), and Wine/Party Dishes mode (42°F). If you'd prefer to have the option of converting a compartment from fresh to frozen, depending on your needs at any given time, you may want to consider one of Samsung's 4-Door Flex models, such as the RF32FMQDBSR. The 4-Door Flex series feature a convertible "Flex zone" in the lower right compartment, which can be switched from freezer to fridge settings as needed with the press of a button.

A:AnswerWhen opened straight, the door needs about a half inch extra (maybe a little more) on the left. However, when opened at this angle, the two drawers in the freezer still pulled out all the way. They extend exactly to the rubber seal of the door. Looks like they were designed to do that as it's a perfect fit.
A:AnswerI'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your ice maker. You can turn the ice maker off by pressing the Ice Off button, but this will only prevent it from filling with water; it doesn't turn the cooling off. If you're unable to remove the ice storage bin and the frozen ice that's causing the issue, then service may be necessary to prevent damage to the ice maker or the housing. Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you.
Thank you,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, Kitkat! This link (https://bit.ly/3sXOXth) has detailed steps and images to help you safely and easily remove the shelf above the crisper drawers, as well as other shelves in the refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Bri! This refrigerator does have a water filter. You can look over this link (https://bit.ly/2PWPwzM) for some more information about the filter. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Dar55,
It is not supposed to be like this, but I'd be more than glad to help.
Yes, the ice bucket can be removed and it has space to store ice inside as the ice is being made. Also, I will leave a link for you to download the user manual.
