Don't know if Samsung addressed it. But we just bought one & it leaked from the water dispenser. Samsung says this is normal due to air in line & you have to run at least a gallon of water through it. If that doesn't work (which it didn't on mine), check the water filter. Mine was not completely tight which wasn't leaking water but was letting air into the lines. When I tightened it & ran another gallon through it solved the dripping.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had any water leakage except the first couple of days. After using ice and water repeatedly the leaking ceased. Honestly their units as a whole might be broken. Once the refrigerator reached the correct temperature, the quick cool was off, and ice had been produced there was no more leaking.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your interest in the RF25HMEDBSR. I'm not familiar with the circumstances surrounding the particular issues you're referring to. Since there are different factors that can cause a leak, some of which are not related to the product's performance itself, it's important to have each issue evaluated by a qualified technician to determine the cause and find a suitable solution. Samsung takes great care to produce high quality products. If issues do arise, the Customer Service Team and competitive warranty are there to help resolve it. The warranty on the RF25HMEDBSR covers parts and labor for one year; five years parts and labor for the sealed system; and another five years (10 years total) on the compressor part. We appreciate your consideration and hope this helps to reassure you of Samsung's commitment to quality. - Ms. Samsung
