Q: QuestionCan you tell me if this dishwasher opens by lifting a latch, or pulling it open (handle latch type of thing) or is this a "touch" auto release door on the front? I almost prefer a handle type of mechanism so I'm curious.

Q: QuestionCan the 3rd rack be removed and it replaced with a flat 3rd rack? Can the water pipe be capped somehow if so? The cup washer takes up so much room the middle rack is nearly useless due to it being so short all of our bowls get caught on the 3rd rack.

Additionally, the water pipe and the cup wash spray nozzle cannot be capped. The middle rack—also known as the upper rack—is adjustable. I have shared this model's user manual link below. Please turn to pages 24 and 25 for instructions on removing the 3rd rack. You may turn to page 18 for instructions on adjusting the upper rack.
