Yes, the third rack can be removed; however, please note that this model does not include a flat third rack.
Additionally, the water pipe and the cup wash spray nozzle cannot be capped. The middle rack—also known as the upper rack—is adjustable.
I have shared this model's user manual link below. Please turn to pages 24 and 25 for instructions on removing the 3rd rack. You may turn to page 18 for instructions on adjusting the upper rack. You may also turn to pages 13 to 15 for loading the upper and lower racks.
