- Answer The dishwasher is completely wrapped with insulation. If you look at the specifications on it, the DB rating is very low. I can tell you this I’ve had many dishwashers and this is about the quietest I’ve ever had. You honestly can barely hear it at all.

- Answer The dishwasher basically clicks in place there’s no external mechanism other than a spot to put your fingers under so you can pull it open and push it shut and it clicks in place. I prefer this type of mechanism because it’s all internal and there’s no chance of leakage anywhere.

- Answer The first thing you do is you pull the door open and you press the power on button and then there’s the square window it will leave you a message to choose the cycle. The arrow after the window is the cycle selector so press that until you get the cycle, you want one press is the normal cycle. Then you hit the start button and it will leave you a message that says the cycle will start when you close the door. And when you close the door voice will tell you the cycle has started.

QuestionThe installer ran the initial test run and all was fine. I have loaded the dishes, but cannot get the unit to start after I have gone through the booklet instructions to start the unit after turning it on, selecting the cycle per the booklet. Help!

QuestionCan the 3rd rack be removed and it replaced with a flat 3rd rack? Can the water pipe be capped somehow if so? The cup washer takes up so much room the middle rack is nearly useless due to it being so short all of our bowls get caught on the 3rd rack.

- Answer Hi Dan, Yes, the third rack can be removed; however, please note that this model does not include a flat third rack. Additionally, the water pipe and the cup wash spray nozzle cannot be capped. The middle rack—also known as the upper rack—is adjustable. I have shared this model's user manual link below. Please turn to pages 24 and 25 for instructions on removing the 3rd rack. You may turn to page 18 for instructions on adjusting the upper rack.
