Do you install and remove old unit null

No i had best buy remove it and install , make sure your water valve moves easily if not it will need replacement, some install crews will do for a charge some won't

BB will install and remove the old unit. we just had this done with our new purchase. you must purchase the “haul-away” service at the time you purchase the unit and installation

We did it ourselves. Unsure if Best Buy offers this.
