I am looking to get the white color not stainless steel in a model that offers the heated dry option, either the DMT400 or the DMT800, but Best Buy only seems to offer white in the DMT400 without the heated dry cycle. Is it possible to order this? According to the Samsung website white is an available color but it doesn't seem to be available at Best Buy? Thanks.”

Thank you for your interest. Samsung dishwashers do not use the built-in, hidden heating element to dry the dishes. The hidden heating element is used to heat the supplied water, as necessary, to achieve the pre-programmed temperatures during the wash cycles. The Sanitize option has the greatest impact in assisting the drying process because it raises the temperature of the dishes which results in quicker and more thorough evaporation. Samsung's fan-driven condensation drying method uses less energy for drying than a heated dry process would. The white Samsung dishwasher that is available at Best Buy is the DMT300RFW.
