That would depend on your laptop. Most laptops have a single video out, usually HDMI. This monitor excepts both HDMI and VGA. If you don't have ether of these video output types you will need an adapter. They make USB to HDMI, USBc to HDMI, and Displayport to HDMI adapters. So the short answer is yes depending on the configuration of you laptop. Sorry I can't be more specific.
