This is happening with our new, not even a month-old Samsung dishwasher. we have more than the min required PSI (110) our hot water is more than 120°and is immediate to the kitchen. So it is neither of those that are the issue but my wife and I are at our witts end on this after every time the washer has run, the dishes don't seem clean and when checking the detergent dispenser the pack is still in the holder. but flipped around and the dispenser is open. We have tried a number of different programs to see if this will help to no avail it is getting old and we have never had these problems with any other dishwasher that we have purchased in the past. We went with a more expensive dishwasher thinking that we are upgrading but it doesn't seem to be the case. I will be calling Best Buy and Samsung but was hoping that I could resolve this with a little help via chat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem here. Apparently our heating unit was bad with the first one, but we have had the second brand new dishwasher and having same problem. They told us to use the powder which we tried. Sometimes it is still left in the machine on the bottom. They then told us to first run hot water so that it is hot. Did this too. WORST dishwasher EVER!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue with your dishwasher. If the detergent packets are not dissolving, it may be because the water is not hot enough, the packet is not seated properly in the dispenser, or the dispenser door is not opening at the appropriate time. Please check the following to try to resolve this issue: - Is your water heater set to the recommended 120˚F? - Is your water pressure between 20 and 120 psi? - Is there a build-up of residue around the edges of the detergent dispenser door that needs to be wiped clean? - Are there utensils or other items blocking the door from opening? If these suggestions do not help to resolve the issue, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further. - Ms. Samsung
