Are you using Jet Dry, or a similar product? We had a similar experience initially, but it got better after using Jet Dry.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use liquid dishwasher detergent as I find it does a better job of cleaning. I find that the pods tend to cake and as a result, I haven't used the pods in a while.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a different detergent. We started with a liquid detergent and weren't happy with the cleaning. We now use ecover dishwasher tablets and they work well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your DW80F800UWS. There are several tips available in the User Manual and through the online Troubleshooting Guide on Samsung's website to help address issues with cleaning and performance. I would suggest starting by cleaning the spray nozzles as instructed in the User Manual. It's important to note that Samsung recommends incoming water pressure of 20~120 psi, and setting the water heater to deliver water between 120°F~ 149?F for best performance, though the Dishwasher's water heater is designed to compensate as needed based on the temperatures provided on the Cycle Chart (see page 22 of the User Manual). Because of this, it's fine to set the delay feature, but understand that if the Dishwasher needs to heat the water it may take a little longer. I hope this information helps to resolve this issue, Ms. Samsung
