Top mounting is the recommended method, as it provides optimal stability when secured to the underside of a wood or laminate countertop, and mounting brackets are included for top mount installation. However, if the countertop is made of materials that may be damaged by drilling, such as granite, quartz, or other solid surfaces, the dishwasher may be securely mounted using the side mounting option by attaching it to the adjacent cabinetry. - Answer Their are quite periods during the wash cycle. I don't know why the machine does that. I find that the the quiet period is quite long .

- Answer I use cleaning tablets that you can use biweekly . It takes care of the lime and sanitizes the dish washer with a nice smell but not so strong .

QuestionCan the rack height be adjusted after installation? The person who installed our dishwasher left the inside only partially assembled and broke one of the wheels. The top rack is positioned so low that dinner plates don't fit in either rack.

- Answer The top shelf can be adjusted , it should has two wheel assembly one top and one bottom. Just remove the whole rack out and insert back again with bottom wheels in the rail.
