“We just had this model refrigerator installed and don't know how to get the ice maker to make ice. Please advise! esp. since we weren't given a manual!”

• There is an ice off switch at the top when you open the fridge doors. Press that and make sure the ice light (to the right of it) is turned on. It should make ice. (Assuming you've already hooked up the water line)
