• The freezer handle should move but not the fridge ones.

• Hi there Clew! The handles should not be loose, but don't worry, it's usually a pretty easy fix. Just follow the steps in this link (https://bit.ly/2wNrYGp) to tighten the handles up so they don't rattle and shake anymore. ^Jecca
