- Answer Mine doesn't give me a choice (only whole ice cubes),but ice isn't dispensed from the door either (it's a simple - old fashioned ice maker - no bells and whistles!)

- Answer The freezer does vary a bit on our unit but only by 5-6 degrees. Could it be you are leaving the drawer open too long? You may want to monitor it to see if that trend continues and notify the retailer if it continues.

To check if the water dispenser is on, you need to place a glass underneath the water outlet and push gently against the water dispenser lever with your glass. Ensure the glass is in line with the dispenser to prevent the water from splashing out. - Answer I would not install along the floor if you have any possibility of mice - they love to chew through the lines !! I have mine across the room from the sink - but ran the water line (copper) through the ceiling - no show and no chewing on it !!
