- Answer It seems the drain in the back panel gets clogged with ice or possible "gunk", but mine is clogged with ice, I think. I've seen many You Tubes showing how to fix, so it seems it's a common problem. I attempted to fix mine 2 weeks ago, but the ice came back. One of the fixes said to replace the drainage tube, which I did not do.

QuestionI have model RF260BEAEWW... had power outage now the freeze/ice maker/frig temp set buttons no longer respond. The frig has an "E" code and freezer flashes 33. Ice machine button does not respond to touch at all. Have tried turning power off, back on.

QuestionMy ice maker makes very little ice. The arm never goes down. We have never had the ice bin fill even halfway.

QuestionI got a basket of ice and then it stopped making ice. I pushed the test on the ice maker and still no ice. The blue cup (ice indicator light) is off. Anyone have a fix for this?
