We're here to help. To check if the water dispenser is on, you need to place a glass underneath the water outlet and push gently against the water dispenser lever with your glass. Ensure the glass is in line with the dispenser to prevent the water from splashing out. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your water line is connected to the fridge, if the lines are connected, then verify that your shut off valve is turned on again. As for the ice maker, on top next to the temps is a button that will turn the ice off. If you just bought it or replaced the filter it may take some time for the water to travel through the internal line.
