We're here to help. To check if the water dispenser is on, you need to place a glass underneath the water outlet and push gently against the water dispenser lever with your glass. Ensure the glass is in line with the dispenser to prevent the water from splashing out. As for the ice maker, on top next to the temps is a button that will turn the ice off. If you just bought it or replaced the filter it may take some time for the water to travel through the internal line.
