Q: QuestionI have a wall on the right side of the fridge & a space only 38" wide. The fridge will fit tight but if the door opens only 90 degrees or even 87 degrees. Would I be able to open the right drawer? Could someone please measure how open it needs to be? Thx

Q: QuestionMay I use existing external water piping with turnoff for a GE to connect to a Samsung RF26HFENDww?More specifically, if I need to attach a water filter to the back of this model, do I need to buy a new external water piping kit in order to enable the attachment of a HAF-CIN water filter? Or may I do so using existing kit for the outgoing GE?

Q: QuestionCan you disconnect the ice water filter system?In the Q&A, it appears that the water filter is a separate purchase, yet the product description says that there's a water filter system as part of the unit. Can anyone verify whether this comes with a water filtration system for the ice maker? If so, then can you also verify whether the filter can be shut off? I have a separate RO system, and a filtered water line would run directly into this unit, so I have no need to use yet another filter, which would no doubt be inferior to my RO system, not to mention would cost me additional money for filter replacement. So I guess I'm asking if you can use the ice maker without the filter system. Thanks!

• A:Answer It comes with the water filtration system, but you can just hit "ice off", and don't make any ice, and therefore not use the water filtration system.

• A:Answer Hi Betty, I'm sorry to hear ice is falling behind the bin, which is likely occurring because the ice is piling too high in areas of the bin not "checked" by the feeler arm that signals when the bin is full to stop ice production. If you open and close the drawer slowly, the ice should be less likely to escape the bin. The most reliable solution is to turn the ice maker off by pressing the Ice Off button on the control panel when the level is ice is lower than the cutout area on the back of the bin. Simply press the Ice Off button again to turn the ice maker back on, as needed. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung

• A:Answer Should be a snug fit -but the thing is your doors - making certain that there is no wall next to the doors that could cause the door harm or prevent you from opening it up all the way.

Q: QuestionDoes the total 25.5 Cu. Ft. measurement include the freezer space? If so, could you break down the cu. ft. to tell me how large is the actual refrigerator space and how large is the freezer space? LG does this for their customers.
