Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your ice maker. Please try pressing the Test/Reset button on the bottom of the ice maker (refer to page 14 of the user manual for instructions). If the ice still won't eject, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help find a solution. - Ms. Samsung
