Looks like 5. But it does seem like there is one at the top that is out. Will have to check that. I have had my fridge for about a month so would not expect any burnt bulbs that quick but who knows. Hope that helps.

To determine whether yours is working properly, I would suggest opening the Troubleshooting Guide through the product support page on Samsung's website, then clicking on "Troubleshooting ► Interior LED Appears Burnt Out."
