I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty dispensing water from your RS265TDRS refrigerator. Please make sure the Water function is selected on the control panel, then press the lever back to the first detent. The dispenser lever on this model has 2 stages; the first is for water and the second is for ice (see attached image). It's also important to bleed air from the lines when installing or replacing the water filter. You can do this by pressing the lever for an extended period of time until water starts to flow, then continue to hold it until about 5-6 gallons of water are dispensed. If the filter becomes clogged or partially clogged, it may need to be replaced. Under normal circumstances, the filter should be replaced about every 6 months. If none of the above suggestions helps to resolve the issue, please check the water line leading to the door as shown on page 14 of the user manual. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
