There are many differences in th deatils. I will guess and say the front water panel is different. Dual cooling fans. Built in door ice maker (nothing is inside..its all in the door). LED lighting. Just to name a few...

There are several differences between the RS261 and RS265, though the capacity of both can actually be rounded to 26 cubic feet.
