Other main difference is the number of LED lights. 267 is much more brighter than 265. It has taller tower lights as well as more LEDs at bottom drawer. So total 6 more LED lights in 267. So you can see easily. People say it's worth extra $200 as 265 seems to be dark and when you fill the refrigerator there is less light as all light is coming from backside.

The main difference between the RS265 and RS267 is the addition of the "Cool Select Zone" in the RS267.
