“can I get this model without the water & ice dispenser?”

This question is for: Samsung - 25.6 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Black

I am not certain - but I would assume it could come without one on special order.

Thank you for your interest. At this point in time, Samsung Side by Side refrigerators are available only with the in-door ice and water dispenser. We do, however, offer other options without this feature in Bottom Freezer and French Door styles. Models that are comparable to the 25.6 cubic foot RS261MDBP in terms of dimensions, capacity and color include the French Door models RF261BEAEBC and RF260BEAEBC, as well as the 28.5 cubic foot RF293HABP which has the same exterior dimensions, but greater storage capacity. The RF261BEAEBC includes an internal filtered water dispenser; all of these models feature an automatic icemaker in the freezer compartment. - Ms. Samsung
