A:AnswerHi Archers123,
To reset the Filter Indicator Light in your RF260BEAESR, press the “Fridge”
and “Power Cool” buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
Thanks for the question,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerI have this fridge, the energy rating on it was about 18-22 dollars annually to run the refrigerator. I do not remember the estimated annual kW hours it uses.
A:AnswerHi doying5, we understand your concerns with the refrigerator. Please fill out the form on http://smsn.us/SamsungSupportUSA and our Social Media team will be happy to look into this. ^Britt
A:AnswerActually it shows both. When you push the button to adjust the temp, it will show your desired setting. Otherwise the default is showing actual temp when you open the doors.
A:AnswerI'm told they are made in 3 locations: Korea, China and Mexico. I'm also told that there are weight differences between them, which seems odd IMHO.
A:AnswerTo adjust the temperatures touch Fridge or Freezer repeatedly until you reach the desired setting. This will adjust the temperature down each time and after it reaches the lowest setting, it will cycle around to the highest. Thank you for choosing Samsung for your home! ^Lena
A:AnswerThanks for the question. It's normal to have some condensation between the doors, particularly in areas with high humidity. Samsung's RF260BEAEWW has a special feature called "Energy Saver" which controls a low-wattage heater located between the doors that is designed to help evaporate the moisture as it accumulates. When Energy Saver is on, the heater is off; when the Energy Saver light on the control panel is off, the heater is on. Please check your control panel for this light and turn it off if it's on. This should help to resolve the issue.
