“I have a space that is barely 34 inches in width and is up against a wall on one side. Would the side of the fridge that is up against the wall be able to open close to 90 degrees or maybe a little less?”

Little less I bet it will open however As the thickness of door it’s gonna require an inch or 2 extra width to open a 90 degrees.
