Why is the question answered with NO? Above it says that when you buy a new refrigerator, you can take the old refrigerator with you free of charge. We bought one yesterday including delivery and installation, but we were charged the money for taking the old device with us. That can't be it. Am I entitled to get my money back there? Thanks.
